Premieres: Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8/7cWhere We Left Off: Cristina said farewell just as Meredith’s life was hitting an impasse: Derek wants to move to Washington, D.C. and new half-sister Margaret — the love child of Ellis Grey and Richard Webber who was put up for adoption — has just started to work at Grey Sloan. Meanwhile, Bailey was poised to take Cristina’s seat on the board, but Alex was gifted her shares. Also, April revealed to Jackson that she was pregnant.
What’s Next: Meredith won’t take a backseat to Derek for very long, Owen may get a new love interest — possibly Amelia, who will be sticking around Seattle — Alex will fight for his position on the board, though Bailey won’t “go quietly,” Shonda Rhimes says. Also, we’ll get to see exactly how Ellis Grey was able to hide that her pregnancy with Margaret via flashback.

Finally, Kevin McKidd tweeted this photo of Justin and Jesse Williams on the set of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’. Jesse celebrated his 33rd birthday yesterday and they’re currently shooting episode 11.01 which is being directed by Kevin.
