Today, (this is posted at midnight in uk) we are celebrating our 5th Birthday.  Thats right 5 years ago, I started lovejchambers which has evolved into this massive community of justin chambers lovers. Look how much we have grown!

A MASSIVE THANKS needs to go to Diana, without her the gallery wouldnt be the size it is and  news updates would be near to non-existant.  Thanks to the lovely people who have donated things, or let us post their graphics. Thanks to our forum members and the followers on twitter. And finally a thanks to all the other visitors, because without you there would be no point for the site and we would all look a little stalker-ish.

Isn’t it nice to have a birthday on the same day as the greys premiere?

EDIT: Big thanks to Fay for updating the site with this article that does a pretty good job of naming the most memorable relationships/hookups Alex has had in the eight seasons of Grey’s Anatomy. I apologize to Fay for hijacking her post but the inaccuracies in this article drive me a little crazy (LOL) and so I’ve done some small corrections to it.

He might not have the best hair or the best abs, and he might not have a sexy “Mc” nickname, but Grey’s Anatomy’s Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) has always been a ladies man … and a bit of a man whore.

From the days when he hit on everyone to the time he cheated on Izzie (Katherine Heigl), Alex has proven over and over again why he is a perpetual bachelor. However, none of this is to say that he’s a bad guy. Sure, he has his flaws, but underneath his tough exterior, there’s a very sweet side to our favorite jackass. Let us all remember: Izzie left him. But then again, he did get her fired. No, he didn’t. Izzie thought he did but she came to her senses later on.

Regardless, all of that is coming to a head (and then an end) in Season 9 as we’ve learned that Alex will embark on a number of new sexcapades before finally finding the love of his life. To honor this occasion, we’re taking a look back at the women of Alex’s past, or at least the women that we actually met.

Nurse Olivia (Sarah Utterback): Also known as the woman who Alex cheated on Izzie with and then gave syphilis. Who says chivalry is dead?

Addison (Kate Walsh): Their time in the on-call room might not have been particularly meaningful, but if you think about it, they were kind of the perfect match.

Callie (Sara Ramirez): Nobody knew about the Callie-Alex hook-up until WAY after it happened, but apparently the pair got it on in, like, Season 2, before Callie was George’s (T.R. Knight) Mrs. and way before she was a sexy attending with a killer singing voice and a thing for women.

Jane Doe/Eva Ava/Rebecca (Elizabeth Reaser): Everyone remembers Jane Doe. Alex saved her from the ferry crash and was her only friend when she lost her memory and had to have her entire face reconstructed. They seemed like an adorable couple up until she got her memory back and remembered that she’s a little (or alot) crazy. Her mental struggles brought up childhood issues for Alex … as did her suicide attempt (which sent him crying into Izzie’s arms).

I have finally added the long awaited ‘Filmography‘ Section to the site.  I still have to add a little more information to some of the pages and add articles into the press archive, but I thought i would add it now anyway.  If you find any problems with the information or any errors, please let me know.

Above i have mentioned we have new ranks.  There are three applied to staff members.  I (Fay) am the ‘Chief’, diana is an ‘Attending’ and the moderators are ‘Residents’.  I have also made some ranks based on how many posts you make, Im not going to reveal what the ranks are…you will just have to find out, as you make posts…But a few of you are ‘visitors’ right now.  If you have some suggestions, (which may or may not be a rank already) comment in the post below or here in the forum.

Woo, we are now in what i think is version 12.  Which, is bringing alot of changes and updates.  This amazing theme was made by Hillie, and features stills from Greys Anatomy, The Zodiac (the kissing one), The Musketeer, Happiest Man Alive, Cold Case and a few more. A few more things are going to appear on the side bar very soon, including new affiliates, recent forum topics and more.

This version also brings the release of the brand new press archive, bringing you articles from as early as 1999.  We will be adding as many articles as we can, over the coming week.
