Guest starring is Matthew Morrison as Paul Stadler, Bethany Joy Lenz as Jenny and Stefania Spampinato as Carina DeLuca.

Lastly, filming has resumed on season 14 of Grey’s and here’s a boomerang with Justin, Camilla Luddington and their co-worker Ashley who posted it.

ABC released this featurette about the 300th episode of Grey’s Anatomy, in which the cast talks about the episode and there are a few more scenes from it.

Here is the first sneak peek from the 300th episode of Grey’s Anatomy airing this Thursday.

An extended promo for this week’s episode of Grey’s has been airing on TV. It has a few more scenes that are not in the other two promos that were posted previously.

ABC has been posting short videos to relive memorable moments of the original Grey’s characters. This is Alex Karev’s video and it showcases how he went from being Evil Spawn to the man he is today. He’s truly had the best character development, and the way Justin has been able to show all of Alex’s layers and development is a huge part of why the character has resonated with so many fans and become so beloved.❤

The 300th episode of Grey’s airs this Thursday!🎉 Entertainment Weekly chose it as the Must Watch of the Week, and in the article published, co-showrunner and writer of the episode, Krista Vernoff, says to look out for Easter eggs.

“I did my best to look back at our history and move our story forward simultaneously,” says Vernoff, who penned the hour, which was directed by fellow EP Debbie Allen. “I tried to honor the beloved characters who have come and gone during the 14 seasons of our show. I might not have hit all of them, but I paid some small tribute to most.”

“I also created a little Easter egg hunt for the avid fans,” Vernoff continues. “I don’t want to give too much away, but keep your eyes and ears peeled — and keep your tissues handy!”

The promotional photos can be seen HERE. Below is the episode synopsis and the two promos that ABC has aired so far. The promos feel very nostalgic and we can already identify some of the Easter eggs Krista mentioned in them. 😉

“Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story” – After a roller coaster car falls off the track at the county fair, the doctors at Grey Sloan tend to patients who spark memories about ghosts from their past, on a special 300th episode of “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, NOV. 9 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network.
