ABC finally released some promotional photos for this week’s special two-hour episode of Grey’s Anatomy titled “She’s Leaving Home.” I added the 4 photos that feature Justin to our gallery and the link is below.

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ certainly started May Sweeps this year with a shocker! Justin didn’t have any scenes in this week’s episode, and as such there are no screencaptures to add.

Next Thursday, the two-hour episode titled “She’s Leaving Home” will air from 8:00-10:01 p.m., ET on ABC. The synopsis is below as well as the promo.

A new photo of Justin in costume on the set of Grey’s Anatomy was posted by dolly grip, D. Kauahi. They are currently filming episode 11.23, and after that there’s only one more episode left for a wrap on season 11!

Next Thursday episode 11.22 titled “How to Save a Life” will air and below is the synopsis and the promo for it.

“How to Save a Life” – Derek witnesses a horrible car accident and springs into action to save lives, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, APRIL 23 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

As we head into the homestretch of season 11 of Grey’s Anatomy, the cast and crew continue busy at work filming the final episodes. Yesterday, Justin filmed at Prospect studios (home base for Grey’s), and also at what was formerly known as the St. Luke Medical Center in Pasadena, CA.

Camilla Luddington tweeted this pic from the Grey’s set at Prospect Studios with Justin and Kevin McKidd, who is their director for episode 11.23. They started filming the penultimate episode of the season yesterday.

Later on in the day, Justin was filming on location with Ellen Pompeo. A couple of fans took a pic with him outside St. Luke Medical Center in Pasadena. I’m unsure what episode they were shooting, but you can read the fan’s blog about it HERE (contains some spoilers). Check out the fans’ pics below.

The screencaps from this week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy may take a while to be uploaded, so I’ll just make an update with the promos for next week’s episode titled “One Flight Down”. Below is the synopsis for the episode plus the CTV and ABC promos.

“One Flight Down” – A small plane crash in Seattle causes multiple casualties and brings back horrible memories for the doctors, especially Meredith and Arizona.
