Wow, two updates today! When it rains, it pours! 😀

I added to the gallery a few stills from the upcoming Oct. 1st episode of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and there’s also a new deleted scene from season 5 below.

Lots of different things to update! For starters, I was wondering in my last update if Justin was at the Lionel Richie tribute just as a fan or if he participated in it in any way. I got my question answered with this:

Justin was a presenter! The tribute only airs in January 2010 but once I have the dates and channels on which it’ll air I’ll be sure to post them here.

TV Guide Canada made a list of the 50 Sexiest Men of Fall TV and Justin is #8! Take that McDreamy and McSteamy! 😉

There are new and fairly extensive interviews with some of the cast of Grey’s Anatomy. The interviews were done in late season 5 and Justin talks about his character Alex Karev in season 5, the show and a bit about his personal life. Here is an excerpt:

You must enjoy something in your private life…
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: I enjoy being a father. My kids are in school and it’s always cool to go and check out their activities. Today my daughter is going to do scat singing at school, so I’m going to check it out. I’m really looking forward to that.

How do you unwind and relax?
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: I just do normal family things, like go out to eat and go to the beach. We just enjoy each other and spend time together as a family.

Is it true you had a sleeping disorder a while ago?
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: Yes, I did. How is it going? Well, I’m sleeping now. It’s all good. I went to a specialist to get it sorted out and it was an accumulation of things, but I definitely got help. It got pretty bad and there were times when I only slept for one hour a night.

Anybody want to see how Grey’s Anatomy kicks off its sixth season? Well, grab that warm mug of coffee, sit back in your office chair, press play above and enjoy the first five minutes of G.A. from the comfort of your own cubicle.

We’ve seen the whole first hour, and while it doesn’t go so well for George O’Malley (or Chief Webber, more on him later), there is a lot to appreciate if you’re a fan of any Grey’s Anatomy couple. There are nice moments for just about everybody.

The press release says the two hour tribute airs in January 2010 on BET, WGN and over 40 television stations in major markets throughout the country. I’m not sure if Justin participated in the tribute as a presenter or if he just went as a fan of Lionel’s music. We’ll probably hear more about it till Jan. 2010. In the meantime, here are a few pics of Justin on the red carpet.

• Grey’s Anatomy star Justin Chambers blew onto the patio of West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont with a couple of guys in tow and settled into a remote corner outside. Chambers looked eager to chat, an onlooker says, and he was really animated, gesturing and chainsmoking until they left at 1 a.m.

I added pics from Justin’s modeling days for Calvin Klein. The campaigns are from 1998 and 1999. The other models with Justin for CK Jeans are Kate Moss and Kelly Rippy.
