This is the full blooper reel from the Grey’s Anatomy Season 8 box set. None of the deleted scenes on the set have Justin/Alex in them aside from the previously posted Arizona & Alex scene from episode 8.10.
EDIT: I watched the extended episode (8.13 – If/Then) on the box set and didn’t notice any extra Alex scenes.
