The wait for season 10 of Grey’s Anatomy will soon be over! The show returns TONIGHT (Sept. 26) with a 2-hour season premiere (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC, or CTV for Canadian viewers.

Grey’s Anatomy: Where Were We and What’s Next?

Where Were We? Alex threatened Chest Peckwell not to report Jo to the police for beating him senseless. After he assisted parents in the NICU to keep their babies alive during the power outage, Alex admitted to Jo that he loves her.

What’s Next? Alex and Jo will be exploring the passion between them in the opening episodes. “It just doesn’t quite happen as smoothly as they hope that it would,” Camilla Luddington says. Adds Rhimes: “Alex obviously has some residual relationship issues from many of his past relationships. But I also wanted this season to have a lot of fun in it, and I wanted it to be funny. Alex and Jo are really charmingly funny together, so we’re having a lot of fun with them as we begin.”
