This week’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy, titled “Leave a Light On,” will reveal the fate and be a farewell episode for Justin’s character, Alex Karev. The Hollywood Reporter says there won’t be any new footage of Justin/Alex in the episode and that his final appearance will continue to be the 350th episode that aired last November (episode 16.08).
