Some new footage from the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy (episode 8.01 – “Free Falling” and episode 8.02 – “She’s Gone”) is in this behind-the-scenes video from the making of the music video for the song used in the promos — “Heart on Fire” by Scars on 45.

A new promo with a couple of new scenes aired last night on ABC.
