It’s been a while so it’ll be a big update.

First off, a reminder that “An Evening of Stars: Tribute to Lionel Richie” will air on WGN at 11 p.m. CT on Saturday, January 23rd and BET Networks on Sunday, January 24th at 10 p.m. ET. Justin took part in the event as a presenter. I added two more photos to this event’s album.

The next original episode of Grey’s titled “State Of Love And Trust” airs Feb. 4th (next week will air a repeat of episode 6.05 “Invasion”)

I’m really sorry for the lack of updates recently but I’ve been so, so busy! 🙁 I’ve got tons of stuff to add but I need to find the time to do it. I’m hoping to get some time soon so look keep checking back for updates.

In the meantime, Justin gave TV Guide an interview where he discusses upcoming storylines on Grey’s Anatomy so beware of spoilers. Justin also says he’s shooting a movie next summer during the Grey’s hiatus! 😀 Can’t wait to hear more about that and if I find some more info about it, I’ll be sure to post it here!

TV Guide Canada made a list of the 50 Sexiest Men of Fall TV and Justin is #8! Take that McDreamy and McSteamy! 😉

There are new and fairly extensive interviews with some of the cast of Grey’s Anatomy. The interviews were done in late season 5 and Justin talks about his character Alex Karev in season 5, the show and a bit about his personal life. Here is an excerpt:

You must enjoy something in your private life…
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: I enjoy being a father. My kids are in school and it’s always cool to go and check out their activities. Today my daughter is going to do scat singing at school, so I’m going to check it out. I’m really looking forward to that.

How do you unwind and relax?
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: I just do normal family things, like go out to eat and go to the beach. We just enjoy each other and spend time together as a family.

Is it true you had a sleeping disorder a while ago?
JUSTIN CHAMBERS: Yes, I did. How is it going? Well, I’m sleeping now. It’s all good. I went to a specialist to get it sorted out and it was an accumulation of things, but I definitely got help. It got pretty bad and there were times when I only slept for one hour a night.

Anybody want to see how Grey’s Anatomy kicks off its sixth season? Well, grab that warm mug of coffee, sit back in your office chair, press play above and enjoy the first five minutes of G.A. from the comfort of your own cubicle.

We’ve seen the whole first hour, and while it doesn’t go so well for George O’Malley (or Chief Webber, more on him later), there is a lot to appreciate if you’re a fan of any Grey’s Anatomy couple. There are nice moments for just about everybody.
