★ We finally have official photos of Justin as Alex Karev in season 15 of Grey’s Anatomy. ABC released promotional photos for episode 15.03 titled “Gut Feeling” and he is featured in four of them. The link to the photo album is below, as well as the episode synopsis.

“Gut Feeling” – Meredith works on a patient who happens to specialize in matchmaking, and a seemingly drunk patient pushes Richard’s buttons and gives him a medical mystery to solve. Meanwhile, Maggie tries to reach Teddy after bearing the burden of her secret becomes overwhelming as she struggles with issues in her own personal life on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, OCT. 4 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.

 
★ Here’s a short BTS video from the season 14 episode “Fight For Your Mind” (episode 14.22) posted by Bryan Mendoza (boom operator). The scene is the one where Alex goes to his mom’s work and sees her for the first time since his return to Iowa.

 
★ Speaking of Alex’s mom, Camilla Luddington confirmed that Lindsay Wagner will reprise her role as Helen Karev this season on Grey’s, and we’ll also meet more of Alex’s family.🙌🙌 Camilla was in an episode of TV Line’s Tube Talk and she gave a few more details about what to expect in season 15 for Alex/Jolex. In a previous update, I had mentioned that this weekend there would be an exhibit celebrating the 15 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy called “Anatomy of an Icon: 15 Season of Grey’s.”

On Friday, Justin dropped by the exhibit and some lucky fans met him there. The official Grey’s Instagram account posted a photo of Justin as well a couple of fans. Check out the photos below.

For those wanting to visit the exhibit, it’s open today and tomorrow (last day!) from 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. at 631 N. Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069.

★ To celebrate Grey’s Anatomy reaching its milestone 15th season and tying E.R. as one of the longest-running hospital dramas on TV, Entertainment Weekly is featuring six special collectors covers with the cast of the show this week (on stands this Friday).

Check out the gorgeous cover Justin shares with costar Camilla Luddington below. The full-sized version can be seen in this album, where I’ll also be adding scans of the magazine when it’s out.

The other covers can be seen HERE. In addition, everyday until the Grey’s premiere on Sept. 27, EW will post more things as part of their special #7DaysofGreys series.

 
★ Along with the covers, EW also posted another photo of Justin and Camilla (can be seen in full size in this album) and there’s a quote from him about shooting the pilot episode of Grey’s Anatomy.
What’s cool about this is that Justin shot the pilot the last week of Sept. 2004, and 14 years later, in the last week of Sept. 2018, he’s on the cover of EW celebrating the show reaching its 15th season milestone.😎 Check out what he said below.

Chambers still remembers how he felt while shooting the Grey’s pilot. “Nerves, definitely nerves,” he recalls. “I was with all these other actors, I didn’t know anybody, and I was hoping the show would be a success and thank God it worked out.”
Luddington, who came much later, spent her first day “geeking out” in Meredith’s house “when I wasn’t supposed to be there. We weren’t even shooting and I just kind of crept on and investigated everything, because I was a fan of the show. So my first memories of being on set was even before we started filming anything and I was sneaking into Meredith’s house.”

 
★ EW posted the following two videos featuring the cast. In this first video, the cast talks about the show’s fans and there is some BTS footage from the cover shoot.

★ Justin made another post on his Instagram account, and this time it’s about one of his best friends, Monte Hale. Check out the sweet caption he wrote.

★ Ahead of the season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy (Sept. 27), POPSUGAR and ABC have teamed up with THNK1994 to celebrate the 15th season of the show with a special weekend long exhibit in West Hollywood. The exhibit will pay tribute to some of the most iconic moments throughout the show’s journey.

★ ABC released an extended promo for the two-hour season 15 premiere of Grey’s Anatomy on Sept. 27. This promo gives a very brief glimpse of Justin/Alex Karev this season (at about the 0:33s timestamp)

ABC released the promo and the synopses for the 2 hour season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy on September 27 from 8pm – 10pm. The first hour (episode 15.01) is titled “With a Wonder and a Wild Desire” and the second hour (episode 15.02) is titled “Broken Together.”

“With a Wonder and a Wild Desire“/ “Broken Together” – During the first hour of the two-hour season premiere, the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial vie for a new position. Meredith is seemingly distracted and struggles to stay focused, and Maggie finds herself the keeper of a big secret while Amelia and Owen try to figure out their relationship. Meanwhile, Jo and Alex’s honeymoon doesn’t go exactly as planned.

In the second hour, new doctors continue to shake up the hospital in typical Grey Sloan manner. Meredith bonds with a patient while Jackson struggles with the meaning behind recent experiences; and after making a life-changing decision, Jo forms an unexpected alliance.
